Returns and Refund Policy

We know you’re going to love our products but if for any reason you want to return something please note our policy below:

• All requests for a refund or exchange must be instigated by contacting us via support@cbdirect.ie within 14 days of your order being fulfilled. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

• We will happily refund or exchange unwanted items which must be unopened and in reasonable and re-saleable condition.

• Items damaged in transit, must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, please provide photographic evidence via attachment to your request.

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not liable for any product(s) lost or damaged in transit.

• Once we have inspected the returned item we will process your request and either approve or deny within 7 days. We will contact you to advise on our decision and endeavour to achieve an acceptable outcome for both parties.
